Q: What differentiates Happy Tails from other boarding facilities?
A: Owners live on site and your special friend is always supervised. We offer individual & special needs for your pet (medicine, vitamins etc). A safe, Loving, Fun and Relaxing homelike environment. Air condition facility with orthopedic bed and background music

Q: How often does your special friend go outside?
A: A Happy Tails we have recreational activities for your pet throughout the day. Beginning at 7:00am untill 10:00 p.m.

Q: Does your special friend socializes with other dogs?
A: At Happy Tails you pet will be placed with other friends with the same personality, size and energy level. Always under supervision.

Q: What happens if my special friend does not get along with other friends?
A: As a special needs Pet, we offer individual play and outside time with handler.

Q: What do I need to bring for my best friend’s dog daycare stay?
A: Food for the amount of days your pet would be staying with us. We recommend individual potions for two x-tra days in the event of a delay. One favorite toy and or blanket to be placed on top of orthopedic bed (optional). An owners old tshirt that has been worn and not washed

Q: How often do you feed?
A: We feed two times a day, Am & Pm, however, we accommodate to younger and specials needs Pets.

Q: What are the check In. & Check Out times?
A; 9:00 to 11:00 Am or 4:00-6:00 P.m. No check In or Out on Sundays. We are working with the special friends but closed to the public.

Q: What are the hours and days for visit?
A: Tuesday through Saturday, between 12:00-2:00 pm. Appointments require to avoid interruption for our guess regular activities.

Q: Would I be able to check on my special friend while in your facility?
A: Absolutely! Happy Tails offers several posting on face book and twitter to allow owners to view their love pets. For those who don’t have Facebook or Twitter, we will send text or emails of their pets.

Q: What is the best way to communicate with the facility?
A: Since we are very busy with our guests throughout the day, we recommend Emails, Facebook or Text. Of course, you can also call the Business number and leave a message and we will call back.

Q: What are the daily rates?
A: We charge per night like a regular hotel. Our rates are $35 (small), $40 (medium) and $45 (large). There are discount for multiple pets as well as long term stay (14 days or more). Additional charge for afternoon check out of $25.00.

Q: Does my special friend receives a bath before going home?
A: Yes. First timers receives a complimentary bath. After that there is a $20.00 to $30.00 fee depending on the size of the pet.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. From one night deposit to more. Depending on the length of reservation.

Q: Do you offer Pick Up & Delivery?
A: Yes. Prices vary depending on your location.

Q: What are the requirements to stay?
A: As a responsible and fully dedicated boarding facility, we require proof of all vaccinations from your veterinarian before time of boarding or before your special friend visits our facilities. We require the Bordatella to have been administrated within the last six month. We do NOT take outside or aggressive dogs. Payment is due at checking, we don’t accept credit cards.

Q: How many days do I have to cancel the reservation?
A: We require 48 hours cancellation notice.
